This document discusses technology integration and professional development models for teachers, as well as adult learning theory. It provides guidelines for adopting teacher technology competencies, which should be linked to pedagogical skills and described understandably. Professional development models include workshops, labs, train-the-trainer, learning teams, mentoring, and one-on-one or just-in-time training.
